PRE-SUMMIT SALES IQ EVALUATION

Each tech or sales person attending will be interviewed and given a "core values" quiz to find out the areas of strengths and weaknesses going into the summit. We will also find the current revenue numbers that techs and sales people are producing so we can measure the improvement at the end of the summit. This is not for everybody. We have a clean track record as far as providing a return on investment for all companies who have sent their key people to attend Total Immersion and we want to keep it that way. Only those like you, who are serious about their success will be allowed to attend. |
A 6-DAY TOTAL IMMERSION EVENT WITH JOE CRISARA
Starting on Sunday night and going through Friday afternoon participants will be introduced and assigned a “learning buddy” with whom they will be working with throughout the week. They will learn the following:
- 12 Laws Of Influence and Persuasion as well as lessons on how techs can use these universal laws in their day to day interaction with customers, friends and family.
- Applying the principles and questions that get your customer to “convince you” that they need your service and to uncover the urgency that most clients deny they have.

- How to get your customer to give you the commitment you need to provide them with the high value repairs you will offer. We will change the customers expectations of the price that techs charge for repairs. Every call is an event not a routine.
- You will learn how to create contrast in bundling & packaging repairs and solutions so that the repair you sell now seems positively cheap!
- You will do videotaped exercises using the system so you can view them at a later date from the comfort of your own home.
- All students will learn and practice how to handle ALL objections with our Object-o-Matic TM Self Coaching Guide. You will stomp out objections BEFORE they happen.
- Participants will be grouped to run the entire process and then isolated to prove they have mastered the process. Each presentation will be video taped and access is given to the participant to use as a guideline when they return home.

5- WEEK POST-SUMMIT ACCOUNTABILITY COACHING

TOTAL IMMERSION DAILY SCORE BOOK All attendees will be given a daily score book and will share their results each week during our 5-week "Virtual Coaching" session to review the results and measure the improvement. Owners of the company will see their people grow in real-time.

5-WEEKS OF "VIRTUAL-COACHING" The main difference between Total Immersion Sales Training and other seminars is that we hold students accountable to use the material AND we measure the before and after performance There is 5-weeks of Virtual Coaching sessions each week after the event so students can measure their improvement.
