Hotel Reservations
There are a limited number of rooms being held at the Hyatt Place at our discounted rate for either a Double or a King Bed for the nights of March 17th - 22nd. To guarantee availability and the group rate of $105 a night plus taxes, reservations must be completed by March 5th. Reservations can be made by calling the Hyatt Place at 1-888-492-8847 and reference Total Immersion, or you can make your hotel reservations online.
Reservations must be received on or before March 5, 2026 to guarantee the group rate.
